Capabilities

Services.

Engaged as a whole or piece by piece. Most projects start with one and pull in the others as the work develops.

01

CAD & Product Design

From concept sketch to a production-ready drawing set. Parts are modelled parametrically so revisions stay cheap, and every package ships with tolerances, materials, and assembly notes a fabricator can work from directly.

Deliverables

  • Parametric 3D models (STEP / native)
  • Dimensioned technical drawings
  • Design-for-manufacture review
  • Bill of materials
02

Visualisation & Rendering

Design work only earns buy-in when people can see it. Studio-lit product renders, exploded assembly views, and short turntable animations — built from the same source geometry as the engineering files, so what you show is what gets built.

Deliverables

  • Photoreal still renders
  • Exploded & sectioned views
  • Turntable / assembly animation
  • Web-optimised asset exports
03

Web & Software

Next.js front ends with a clean separation between presentation and data, so a backend or CMS can be swapped in without a rewrite. Performance, accessibility, and SEO are handled as part of the build rather than bolted on afterwards.

Deliverables

  • Next.js / React application
  • Component library & design tokens
  • CMS or API integration
  • Deployment & CI pipeline
04

Prototyping & Fabrication

Getting from a model to a part that actually fits. Geometry prepared for FDM, SLA, or CNC, with clearance and tolerance checks done up front, then iterated against real printed parts rather than assumptions.

Deliverables

  • Print-ready mesh preparation
  • Tolerance & clearance analysis
  • Iteration log across revisions
  • Fabrication handoff notes

How it runs

A predictable process.

01

Scope

A short call to pin down the constraint, the deadline, and what success actually looks like. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts.

02

Design

Early concepts shared while they are still cheap to change. Direction gets agreed before detail work begins.

03

Build

Full modelling, drawing, or development work, with a shared link that stays current so you can check progress at any point.

04

Handoff

Source files, documentation, and whatever a fabricator or engineering team needs to carry it forward without me in the loop.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution — sorting out which discipline it belongs to is part of the job.
